HOSPITALITY THE GAME

This game is an interactive way to experience the impact of behavior towards the customer and each other. Hospitality The Game is fun, confrontational, competitive, innovative, evokes authentic behavior and provides a lot of energy.

During the game, the players organize a festival together. At its core, the game revolves around collaboration, customer focus and exceeding expectations. Every player in the game has a customer and is also a customer at the same time. The game lasts 1 half day, including an introduction and a final evaluation. The program looks like this:

• Introduction to Hospitality and an explanation of Hospitality The Game, including game tour.
• Playing the game (approx. 2.5 hours) with moments of reflection in between. Here the game is stopped to create a mirror and gain insight into what is happening.
• Final evaluation in which zooms in on the individual insights and insights at team level, and the link is made to daily practice.
