Mikadomo is a challenging game that is very suitable for teams that work together on a daily basis in which, for example, communication or division of roles can be improved. A wide variety of themes that are important in collaboration will be discussed during Mikadomo. Also ideal to use as a kick-off for a team that will work together a lot to get to know each other's talents and pitfalls better.

During Mikadomo, the participants build a house together. They do this in three steps:

1) The preparation. The participants start with a preparation phase in which a plan of action is made.

2) The performance. The goal is to build the house in the shortest possible time. The participants can influence the time by requesting hints or obstacles.

3) The reflection. After this hot build, it's time for the most important phase: the reflection. The game process, cooperation and communication are discussed under supervision. Then we make a parallel with daily practice and discuss the participants can increase the positive impact on each other and the work.

This game is facilitated by one of our experienced trainers (seeabout us). Together we look at the goals and the target group and determine which supervisor fits best here. In preparation for the game run, there is always an extensive intake with the relevant supervisor.

The game is owned by Opschudders. They are experts in communication, change and development.
